34 year old female who is 5’6 in height and weighs 153 pounds. Original surgery was in 2008 by another surgoen. Patient developed a capsular contracture in the right breast graded at Bakers level III. Original surgeon placed 375 cc silicone implants in the subglandular plane which we replaced with 385 cc silicone implants.
