      Augmentation Photos - Case #3220

      Patient Case #3220

This 36 year old mother of two was concerned about losing breast volume after pregnancy and breast feeding and wanted to achieve a more youthful appearance through breast enlargement in Indianapolis. Loss of breast volume is especially common after pregnancy, and breast augmentation is an important part of many mommy makeover procedures for women who want to get the appearance of their body back on track after childbirth.

During her consultation with Dr. Wagner, she discussed implant options. Today, women have the choice of both silicone gel and saline implants. There are advantages and disadvantages to each implant type, and it is essential for all women considering breast enlargement to carefully review their options so that they can make a choice that is satisfying for years to come. Many women find that the new generation of silicone gel implants has a more natural look and feel compared to saline, but saline has its own advantages as well.

After her Indianapolis plastic surgery consultation with Dr. Wagner, this patient decided on 400cc silicone implants placed on top of the muscle (subglandular) for a more natural appearance. She was fortunate to have an attractive existing breast shape and her only concern was volume loss, particularly in the upper portions of the breasts.

She had a quick recovery and is very happy with the results.
