The purpose of this note is two-fold:
First, I want to say sincere thanks for accepting my wife on to your surgery schedule and for the excellent outcome of that procedure. From the initial meeting to the final post-op discussion, both of us felt as if you truly and compassionately cared about providing the very best care for her well-being. We are pleased with the outcome and, I’m comfortable to say that she no longer has the headaches, backaches, and breathing difficulties that she exhibited prior to surgery. Job well-done, sir!
On a second note, I want to tell you how much we truly appreciate Jane for her honesty, professionalism, and tenacity in helping us through the Medicare process which finally resulted in the financial outcome we were hopeful for. Jane went out of her way to stay in touch and respond appropriately to all of the many questions I presented to her. In a sentence, she did an outstanding job in assisting us. I doubt that I have to say this, but I think you’re a very lucky physician to have her working with you and your practice, sir.
