This 25 year old woman from Fort Wayne, Indiana came to visit Indianapolis plastic surgeon Dr. Jeffrey Wagner to discuss breast augmentation options. She is a mother of one child, and was bothered about the loss of breast volume after her pregnancy. As you can see, she had retained a very flattering figure after pregnancy and was mainly interested in restoring breast volume.

Dr. Wagner performs mommy makeover procedures that are customized to each woman’s cosmetic concerns. After careful consideration, this patient chose saline implants. Because she had very good existing breast symmetry, each implant was filled to 360 cubic centimeters (cc’s). For women who have breast asymmetry, Dr. Wagner can place implants of two slightly different sizes for a very balanced and even result. Like most women, she chose to have her implants place under the chest muscle. This is particularly appropriate for women with very little existing breast tissue.
