This young woman came to see Dr Wagner in our Indianapolis, Indiana office. She developed large breasts at a very early age and at 20 years old was wearing a 36DD bra. She experienced significant back, neck and shoulder pain due to the weight of her breasts and found it difficult to exercise due to her breast size. To improve her appearance and comfort Dr Wagner recommended a breast reduction. He removed over 700 grams (1.5 lbs) of breast tissue from each breast. She has been extremely happy with the size and shape of her breasts and her back, neck and shoulder pain has improved dramatically.
